We’re excited to share the progress of a new integrated packaging line currently being set up in the IMS Group USA showroom. This system brings together multiple automation technologies into one streamlined solution designed to improve efficiency, product quality, and end-of-line performance.
The line features a horizontal FFS machine and flow wrapping machine, both fed by a bucket conveyor and multi-head scale for accurate and consistent product handling. To support quality control throughout production, the system also includes an in-line checkweigher and metal detection system to help ensure product integrity and packaging accuracy.
Further down the line, products are automatically packed using a Nicetuck adhesive-free case packing machine, eliminating the need for traditional adhesives while maintaining clean and reliable case sealing. The process is completed with a collaborative robotic palletizer designed to improve palletizing efficiency while reducing manual labor requirements.
This showroom installation demonstrates how fully integrated automation can help manufacturers streamline operations from primary packaging through final palletizing. By combining multiple technologies into one cohesive system, operations can benefit from improved throughput, reduced downtime, enhanced consistency, and increased scalability.
We’re looking forward to showcasing the completed line and demonstrating how these solutions can be tailored to meet the needs of different industries and applications.
